Service - No service at all. You have to help yourself in everything, just like any ordinary fast food shop. Food quality - food are pre-cooked. Not freshly made. The staff there only put all the pre-cooked food together on the plate according to your order. Coffee - only one staff is responsible to make coffee on the spot and her work attitude definitely needs to be improved. It takes a long time to wait for coffee order. I wondered why it took so long and thus I went to take a look to find out why. Firstly, the staff work on coffee order very slowly. Secondly, in between orders, she spent time on her own smartphone for messaging. Thirdly, as she knew I was not happy for waiting for so long, she turned around and said 'if you want it to be quick, you better go for other restaurants but not here!!'
As for Coffee quality, it is no better than Starbucks if not worse.
Conclusion: its overall quality is like any ordinary fast food shop (e.g. 吉野家 Yoshinoya) but it charges much more expensively.
