To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Bagel有別於一般麵包，含水量較低，麵團經燙煮才烤焗特別有嚼頭，所以完美的bagel外脆內韌💫入座時剛過早餐又未到lunch hour的高峰期，收銀處旁透明麵包櫃裏呆坐著各種口味，驟眼看並沒有特別誘人🤔Bagels Alley專賣紐約式Bagel，確是有紐約式的罌粟籽口味，點了一個70蚊煙燻牛肉一如中環典型的sandwich bar，裝修乾淨利落，牆上掛黑板畫。小店不做晚市，但富酒吧格調，燈光昏暗，播英文歌🎶when there is love, i can't wait...Bagel對半切開上枱，大有灰姑娘坐上南瓜車🎃腳踏玻璃鞋的驚豔:三摺粉嫩牛肉加火箭菜、芝士等材料層次分明，味道顏色調和；醃青瓜乾爽，整個bagel無多餘醬汁值得一讚👍New York Bagel的特點是小孔、紮實、忌廉芝士-小妹不知道何謂正宗, 感覺上Bagels Alley雖不中亦不遠矣😋Poppy bagel烘熱後和新鮮食材撞出冰火口感，剛開始包皮微微焦脆（但無刮嘴），中途香脆退場，滿口煙韌。美中不足是忌廉芝士塗抹不均，跟牛油沒兩樣並不突出🤔🎶We had to learn how to bend with
