Giovanni Pina has come up with a lovely Valentine’s Day cake "La mia rosa" this year. The unique handmade chocolate rose represents "You are my one and the only one", creating a romantic and meaningful surprise. The cake has a triple filling made of sponge cake, cranberry compote and brownies, and is wrapped with silky vanilla and white chocolate mousse.
