To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

This is so far the only ramen place I like in Hong Kong! Other than this green one, they also have black, red, original, and limited edition/seasonal (which changes from time to time). I personally love green and black the most!The green one was pesto and cheese based.  The green one was pesto and cheese based. It's perfect when you want something hot, and it could be an easy lunch or dinner (for girls) with its big portion. So rich in taste (it's actually your own choice on how rich you want it to be, and how soft you want your ramen to be). Ramen is good, but please don't expect to sit comfortably in here. It's not big, and wooden chairs are not very comfy.
