I have eaten at Blue Smoke a few times for both lunch and dinner and have never had a bad experience with the wait staff or a bad meal. They always seem willing to accommodate special requests--removing meat to make a dish vegetarian, combining wing sauces to create whatever unique flavor you want, etc.
The first time I dined at Blue Smoke it was a big lunch party with about 15 people in our reservation. The food all came out timely and delicious with no problems. Usually dining with such a large group is pretty much a guarantee that service will lack. I was impressed that all the orders came out as requested and drinks were being refilled with no one having to ask.
Best hamburger I have eaten since living in Hong Kong. This is definitely a go-to place for American-style comfort food--something not easy to find in Hong Kong!
