🇭🇰Hong KongAverage expense per person: HKD$250+Din Tai Fung is famous for its Michelin star for many years🤩Now is a former Michelin star restaurant but still worth visiting. I have visited different branches in Shanghai, Taiwan, UK and Korea etc haha! I think the price is appropriate at this quality... but I felt like the taste is not as good as before, hope that they can maintain and improve it! Otherwise the reputation may just precede its taste one day...So every time when i visit this place,

So every time when i visit this place, I must order xiao long bao (steamed pork dumplings) and i ate at least a dozen of it!!The tasty soup inside the dumplings was so great! Be aware that they served them in hot and you may risk spurting haha!
Also, their shrimp fried rice is quite okay but I ordered the braised beef noodle soup this time. I was a bit disappointed as there were only 3 or 4 slices of beef in it😳
There are also 2 dishes I would recommend if you go there, they are:
- Preserved duck tongue with Shaoxing rice wine酒糟鴨舌
- Green bean fettuccine with sliced pork蒜泥粉皮肉
