To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Lovely Atmosphere and coffee

Arrived sok kwu wan at like 2pm and this island is full of tourists ! Me and my wife wanted to find a spot to chill and out of all the restaurants on the island this shop is the only place that was packed with people so we decided to give it a try! We ordered a macaroni cheese ... two coffees with a slice of apple cinnamon cheese. We ordered a macaroni cheese ... two coffees with a slice of apple cinnamon cheese. The food was awesome esp the macaroni cheese ! 

One thing that I really like about this shop is that Even though it was packed with customers but the staff were so polite and attentive ! And also ... They speak fluent English too with British accent ! Hahhaha 

This is also the only place that has air conditions on the island. Loved it ! Wil definitely go again !
