I ordered a latte ($40). The latte art was pretty. The coffee was a bit too hot so the milk was a bit burnt. Rather disappointing.
And of course, my coffee always has cake. This is a Royal Earl Gray with Lemon Curd and Yuzu Chiffon Cake ($60). The cake, however, was wonderful. Soft and moist with a lovely tea flavor. The cream slightly sweet.
And in the middle of the cake? A lovely creamy lemon curd. This was a wonderful match.
The cake was really good though the coffee wasn't. There wasn't that many people so it was nice and quiet. Might be back again and give the coffee another try.
