Trafalgar Brewing Company has its own small brewing machines to brew around 4 kinds of beers. Under the guidance of a very enthusiastic staff about their craft beers, we chose Golden Mushroom Pilsner and India Pale Ale because I asked for less bitter ones... The beers were very nice retaining the distinctive flavour left during the brewing process, but still they were bitter than usual. I am sure it's just because of my rather girly taste (I like Edelweiss and Kronnenbourg). I always prefer floral beers.
Together with the long list of British beers available, it's definitely a little heaven for office boys and girls working nearby for a drink!
Lunch Set: Salad/soup + main dish + cake + coffee or tea = ~80-110HKD
The lunch sets here are also amazing, especially the steaks. It is sad they no longer serve Yorkshire pudding here in set meals anymore to cater to Hongkongers' taste, but still they are nice bargains. Apple Crumble (62HKD) was also nice. Together with the happy and nice staff, British bar decoration, clean interior space and comfy deep-green sofa, it is a totally great experience! Will come back with my friends again.
