Lovely drinks but poor services

Decent drinks and the owner is nice but their local staff is really mean in attitude. Right since I’m waiting at the entrance the waitress won’t even come to greet but stand and stare at me expecting I should recite my reservation without they come to me. After that I waited for 45 mins until I first drink to arrive because they missed my order and again with pour attitude when the local lady serves me.
