The Continental is one of the upscale restaurants in the Pacific Place mall. Located on the 4th floor, it's not technically inside the mall but is actually in its own little building. The Continental is nicely decorated with modern design an. I love the great big floor to ceiling windows that allows the entire restaurant to be illuminated by sunlight. Although tables are quite spread out, the tables itself are not very large and does not make for a spacious atmosphere especially when you want to
I liked the pan fried duck foie gras, very aromatic!
The pasta was also really good with lots of meaty bits and cheese on top.
This seafood dish was slightly underwhelming; not much flavour, not much texture.
The wagyu steak salad was really good and a good balance of meat, carbs and greens!
The Caesar salad was generally good too!
This vegetarian ravioli dish was on the smaller side. However, the taste was good.
We ordered the beef to be made medium rare and it came at just that! Delicious.
The lamb rack was good but slightly stingy with only two pieces.
The fish was also rather unmemorable. Personal suggestion but maybe stick to the meat at The Continental?
Ending with the panna cotta - didn't have any complaints, not bad.
Apple strudel was lacklustre, compared to the epic ones I've had in Vienna. Not only is it a small piece, but it came cold/room temperature when strudel is supposed to be served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
