That was the second time to visit Timon, 12/31/2015 a big day to wait for count down :-)We choose Timon with friends, and we choose the famous Spaninish drink - One bottle of Red sangria and One bottle of White sangria, i perosnally like White, quite fruity with more bubbles and feel like Champagne! We choose some Tapas for wine pairing, those spanish chorizo, avocado toast and tomato toast, grilled octopus, spicy clam and cheese platter. The spicy clam is fresh and delicious.
The little restaurant located in the corner, ship street, wanchai. 2 level with nie decoration and service, not too commercial, i really like the wall design, all fish and use ocean blue as theme in the overall design, love it.
i am sure i will go there next time, and i will love to try their weekend menu
