Marriot previously had a Spring Sales promotion and I prepaid for the dinner.The appetizers were a great start. The plum jelly was added to the cucumbers made a really unique dish.The Tattinger was started to be a bit more mineral in taste but pairing with the stronger flavored barbequed pork and marinated cuttlefish made it more smooth.The mandarin peel in the soup was quite abundant, giving off just the right amount of aroma to enhance the flavors without overpowering it.Next came the sea cucu

The mandarin peel in the soup was quite abundant, giving off just the right amount of aroma to enhance the flavors without overpowering it.
Next came the sea cucumber. Despite it doesn't look like a lot, it was stuffed with scallop mousee giving the dish a unique seafood "sweetness" . The Huadiao if tried alone is a bit too strong but when paired with this dish was a great choice.
