If you’re looking for place to hanging on without any services level, it’s definitely a place for you. I went there for lunch with friend yesterday, and order set lunch which is “King Prawn”with something.Their deliverable is definitely not “King Prawn”, the size was as similar as shrimp. Waitress could not explained on “component change - from King Prawn to shrimp”but politely, and she asked for help from Waiter, this waiter’s attitude and service drew my attention. Waiter ignored our question with annoyed facial expression & asked :-
“what do you want?”in rude manner,
his second question is :-
“Tell me what do you want”in a rude manner again and without passing me any menu……( waitress collected the menu right after we finished our order. )
Frankly, I sudden found that I was not in a restaurant, I was not being served.
The fact is that I was not get my reply but forced to answer questions from a very rude waiter. If this is a set lunch about HKD30-50, I don’t have expectation of service level. However, it’s the price around HKD100, the waiter’s service level is as low as HKD0. I’m wondering the Qing management is willing to paid for this waiter’s rude manner, pls. note it’s a frontline staff.
Besides, the food quality and presentation is ok.
