We had the following food 1 sirloin (Australian) steak medium rare 1 filet (US) well done. In the past (my wife and I had been there approx 5 times) we have tried many more dishes including other cuts of meats. I think that this place has so-so food but overall the cost is low (you end up eating stakes) for steak.

The meat was of acceptable quality (lower than BLT and Morton's) and inferior in texture. I should note that both steaks were thin, much thinner than what you would expect. The well done steak are typically burned (this is very upsetting), the medium rare is cooked seemingly well (pinkish on the inside) but still with a hint of burnt flesh. I think that this is not acceptable if you pay ~250 HKD/steak. The sauce that they give you with the steak is dreadfully chemical/industrial tasting. The broccoli, potatoes, etc are generally good tasting; I suspect that they are prepared before hand. We had fries (very good) and bread (average). They just cut a loaf of bread, they heat it, and they give it to you with butter. The wine (Italian red, very earthy) was of good quality, suprisingly for the price. I have tried the Australian red wine, fuity and good too.

Service was good, kitchen looked crammed an dirty.

Final note, I've been to Cut and Mastro's in Beverly Hills, which feature perhaps the best steak in the world. The only place that comes close to that in HK is Mortons.
