Lunar New Year lunch

Today is the First Day of Lunar New Year, and I had to visit my family in Hang Hau. I had Taiwanese Beef Noodle in TeaWood as lunch. The noodle is basically alright, and the beef soup is yummy. However, I find the noodle s sticks to each other, which may be caused by the chef who boiled the noodle without stirring it in hot water. Maybe the noodle was simply put into the hot water for cooking?The services are good. Although I’m charged for 20% service charge, I opine it’s reasonable.
