To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

雲貴香米線專門店米線可以話lunch常食嘅至愛。每間米線都有佢獨突嘅哋方。今日去咗雲貴香，lunch時段，一定係排曬隊，搭曬枱，真係介意勿去，因為，如果你一個人，人地三個人，阿姐都係叫你搭落去😂😂😂食都食得唔自在。呢間米線，我鐘情於佢個湯底，感覺淡口少少，無咁多味精，但D辣係夠香夠辣！據聞清湯都很不錯。米線係我喜歡的少少淋身。配料多元化，大路嘅豬紅魚蛋，特別D有蟲草花雞。不過，今次我叫嘅竹笙好唔掂，有酸味，又有好多雜質！以後不會再叫呢個餸。另外，今次試埋個口水雞！好麻麻，硬倔倔，無乜味，可以不叫！大家注意，凡是米線阿姐都好有性格，加上lunch繁忙，大家忍吓啦😂😂😂
