To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間平時都係我食晏就餐既其中一間至愛 都係要搭台 不過佢既座位都算ok 唔會太逼 d呀姐都做野快手 得一個鍾食飯食呢間絕對唔會遲我簡既小辣竹笙腐竹米線 佢既湯係先酸酸地之後辣 佢既辣唔會好嗆口 不過會愈食愈辣 都係辣得好過癮 米線口感軟熟 唔會好易斷 我配既竹笙好入味 爽口 佢吸晒湯既精華 好正 不過食落口都幾熱同吸左好多湯 食個陣要小心熱同辣親😂😂 腐竹都係好林 好香豆味 好多料 看似呢碗好清淡 但係因為佢湯低夠味 都好好味
