以往去Tea WG都只係飲茶,今次試試食lunch,full set menu $258,包括前菜、主菜、甜品與茶。我哋兩人去幫襯,前菜分別選了大蒜薯仔湯和魷魚沙律。薯仔湯比較稀,蒜味亦不太飲得出; 魷魚沙律有啲令人愕然,魷魚是炸的,但炸漿與魷魚分離了,應該是炸的時候攪拌得太大力了,反而扁豆不錯,煮得剛好,不會一pat嘢。主菜分別叫了三文魚扁意粉配龍蝦汁、另外加了$100要了慢煮羊扒配薯蓉。講真,佢全部汁醬都聲稱infuse咗茶落去,但都係唔會食得出,gimmick較多。羊扒賣相絕對扣哂分,而且medium變了medium well,幸好煮得腍救返少少。至於三文魚意粉......會有更多比呢間出色的可以試。甜品反而眼前一亮,選了榛子芝麻蛋糕和一個法式焦糖燉蛋的蛋糕,前者一層芝麻、一層榛子、一層忌廉再加上一層拖肥,甜咗啲但幾好吃。另一款表面係法式燉蛋,但中間夾了rasberries,酸酸甜甜好食。

魷魚沙律有啲令人愕然,魷魚是炸的,但炸漿與魷魚分離了,應該是炸的時候攪拌得太大力了,反而扁豆不錯,煮得剛好,不會一pat嘢。
