To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 只得一小時的食飯時間,想不到有甚麼選擇。其實撇除新田圍,還有秦石和新翠選擇,今次卻去了秦石。不知為何走進快餐店,連餐牌也像沒看便點了焗豬扒飯+紅豆冰。的確,焗豬扒飯很快便有。一回到座位,就食到唔停口,並非特別好食,而是怕趕唔切。飯像比以前多,炒得乾身香口。配料也多了,有蘑菇、西蘭花、豆、蕃茄、菠蘿,其中蕃茄咬落也算多汁。但豬扒則普普通通,雖清楚看見豬扒有蛋包著,但並不鬆化,且扒身有點「鞋」,另焗豬扒飯的汁不足。至於紅豆冰是送的,紅豆份量偏少,腍而甜度適中,但卻不夠香。食畢,即刻衝上學校。
