Lunch想食韓食,友人介紹呢度的套餐外觀精緻又抵食的韓國菜。是日沙律有生菜及車厘茄,蔬菜都好新鮮,醬汁酸酸甜甜好清爽開胃。面層的泡沫幾特別冇咩味。是日餐湯是海帶湯,微咸的清湯,味道尚可。漢拏生態林下雪天 $62,賣相好吸引,說穿了就是五花腩肉特製大醬忌廉意粉,醬汁好濃調味道也較重,有麵豉的咸香味,加上忌廉的creamy口感,意粉煮得軟硬適中,掛到好多醬汁,好味。只不過醬汁太多油,食完碟底留下大量油。井裡的花 $62,也就是五花腩肉泡菜炒飯配真空低溫烹調蛋,外觀好精緻,更合切韓菜的一貫作風,都是裝盤美觀。濃香的蛋黃混合炒飯中,中和泡菜酸辣,五花肉油香潤淋,整個炒飯都味道平均,好好味。甜品選擇了抹茶雪糕,只得迷你球size,有點唔夠喉。好香茶味帶甘苦,質感細滑。還有mini affogato,細細份也是迷你版,特濃咖啡沖入雪糕中,有好香咖啡味,一冷一熱好正。
