To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去開聯和墟 ，諗住搵下有咩食，見到openrice top 1推薦就係越瀧棧。入到去邊面並唔係好大有十幾張枱，好有小店嘅感覺😁下午時段, 有lunch set提供,cp值都比較高，大概50至60蚊已經有一個餐包埋一杯嘢飲，凍飲要加三蚊，都可以選擇加錢轉特色飲品😁生牛肉湯河嚟到之後， 將啲牛肉浸落去熱 辣辣嘅湯度，啱啱好煮熟👍 牛肉片有牛味， 並唔係嗰啲 cheep嘅肥牛凍肉質素, 牛肉分量都唔算少，起碼有六至八塊片😋 湯底香濃，再加上有洋蔥同埋炸蒜，增加咗口感。湯裡面都附有兩嚿蘿蔔，已經頓煮到好淋， 索曬湯汁連埋有蘿蔔既甜味， 重點係冇渣👍👍👍👍， 好想佢畀多幾嚿蘿蔔 🤣我哋兩點到餐廳，叫完呢個撈檬已經聽到檬粉已經賣曬，可想然知喺呢個好炎熱嘅夏天，檬粉係熱銷👍同樣地，佢嘅份量有好多豬頸肉，好好食 👍檬粉撈埋汁，加埋有紅蘿蔔絲同青瓜絲，係開胃嘅好選擇👍👍兩個lunch set連埋凍檸茶都係120蚊內有找，lunch cp值好高👍👍👍
