My friend and I had lunch at Kale. We were seated at the bar tables next to the windows. I had a large salad with Halloumi cheese. The kale was very fresh and the halloumi cheese were nicely baked, nothing special about the rosted veggies or the beetroot, the chickpeas were too heavily salted and I didn't like the quinoa salad as too much brown rice was put in, not so much quinoa. The portion was not very big.
My friend had cajun chicken with a small salad. I tried the chicken breast - it was not very juicy and did not taste like free-ranged organic chicken. Again the portion was not big either.
I think this is still a decent healthy lunch choice in Sheung Wan/Central area, but at this price level (around 100 per head), its not the best price for value. Mana's salad and wrap are still my favorites.
