To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為趕住去朋友婚禮,星期六收工後飛快係附近食個午餐。點左個什麼牛柳絲飯,真係好快,一叫即有,順手要多個中式例湯(加$6),然後先排隊俾錢。估唔快餐都咁骨子,個飯係用一隻長身船型碟載,上放一碗牛柳,旁邊放一舊倒模出黎既白飯,坦白講賣相都幾靚。睇落以為份量少,食落先知原來份量好足好夠,仲令人好飽,原來感覺上少,因為個碟太大!牛柳夠腍少筋,幾好味,而且唔少,牛柳加汁飯好好味,令人食下食下好易食晒,不過青椒紅椒份量其實可以少一點。中湯係合掌瓜豬肉咁上下,都可以,飲唔出有好大味精,但係有好多好多合掌瓜,仲有南杏,以快餐黎講,都算唔錯!
