Top 3 Singapore-styled Hainan Chicken Rice in Hong Kong.  Katong is part of the Old Town (Central, The Loop, 11/F) restaurant family.  No fuss service.  Well known also got its Laksa (with cockles).  The satay here is also legit but could always do with more gravy.  Singaporeans dining here should not expect comparable similarities i(subjective) n tastes to the top choices back home.  This will do and is, in my books, satisfying.
