Located at the outskirt of Admiralty, Quayside is quite a hidden gem in this busy region. Came here for team lunch today, the overall decor was quite cosy, garden-feel decal, more like dining in a vacay resort restaurant. Lunch set was of good value, ranging from $118 to $198 with started, main, and coffee/tea. I ordered the Thai Calamari Salad as starter. As for main, I got the Chargrilled Halibut with Roasted corn and black bean salad. The filet was thick-cut and preserved its juiciness, full of flavor. Skin was grilled spicy, and meat was tender. There were no sauce or anything, a very simple olive oil and sea salt grill, simple yet perfect. The colorful combination of corn, red pepper, and black bean not only complemented the dish well in terms of presentation, but also making the overall dish felt light and mediterreanish.

Quayside served Lavazza coffee, one of my favorite Italian coffee brand. Very traditional, a good note to end my lunch.

One small tickoff in the overall meal was that my party had to wait for more than half an hour to get our main served. Perhaps I came with a big party today, but since it was just set lunch, I think the Quayside could work on that a little.

Nevertheless, I'd love to come back to check out their dinner and brunch. Afterall it's a nice chillout place !
