上次在元朗覓食時發現有間日本餐廳,鮨一心,聽朋友講lunch 唔錯,今天放假一於來試下㨂左一個壽司十貫,400.00 , 由師傅即場選出今天新鮮食材,為我們預備黑松露溫泉蛋,蛋十分幼滑,蛋味香濃黑醋海藻,海藻滑溜,加埋黑醋,十分開胃左口魚鮮甜,師傅喺上面加左海藻,味道更特別靖魚唔腥,比較腍身火炙金目鯛,在魚表面炙一炙,魚味香濃,魚油即是出哂來北寄貝色澤新鮮,入囗爽脆彈牙帆立貝厚身,師傅灑上海鹽及柚子,味道更為吸引三文魚漬,經過醬油醃漬,味道既鮮又有醬油香松茸麵豉湯食完壽司,正好飲番熱湯,暖暖胃湯十分足料,有松茸菇及爽滑魚皮添
