To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日平日去食set lunch, 老公預先openrice book枱，店舖雖不大，但環境也很有氣氛。Set lunch可自由配搭，可加錢要湯/牛角包，之後亦可加甜品，我哋二人叫了以下share , 發現全部也不錯：前菜：龍蝦湯流心牛角包 （只叫了一份，怕食唔哂）牛角包好熱，非常新鮮，好香好脆口，呢個配搭有d似食緊酥皮龍蝦湯，怪唔知得當前菜。主菜：龍蝦汁蟹肉伊麵鍾意龍蝦汁ge人一定鍾意呢個麵，個汁好濃好香，食完想再食。冬陰公蝦意大利飯蝦連殻，好大隻有蝦味,不過我哋d懶人平時都唔識剝殻，好彩幾大隻，容易剝。 意大利飯都好濃味，辣辣地，都不錯。 甜品：真空慢煮芝士蛋糕十個like, 外表平平無奇，睇落份量不多，以為普通布甸質地，一食發現cheesecake 非常rich, 密度很高，離奇地幼滑，比想像飽肚， 好濃郁，好好味👍🏻 後來男侍應（店主？） 提及原來另一款甜品真空焦糖燉蛋更多人叫，下次有機會試下。咖啡流心牛角包流心很重咖啡味，牛角包十分脆口，不過我個人喜歡甜些，可能比較啱一d 不太愛甜ge人。 旁邊有爆炸糖粉，幾得意。飲品：Lunch set 果汁唔駛額加錢叫了橙汁，蘋果汁少冰，解

牛角包好熱，非常新鮮，好香好脆口，呢個配搭有d似食緊酥皮龍蝦湯，怪唔知得當前菜。


主菜：
龍蝦汁蟹肉伊麵

鍾意龍蝦汁ge人一定鍾意呢個麵，個汁好濃好香，食完想再食。


冬陰公蝦意大利飯
蝦連殻，好大隻有蝦味,不過我哋d懶人平時都唔識剝殻，好彩幾大隻，容易剝。 意大利飯都好濃味，辣辣地，都不錯。


甜品：

真空慢煮芝士蛋糕

十個like, 外表平平無奇，睇落份量不多，以為普通布甸質地，一食發現cheesecake 非常rich, 密度很高，離奇地幼滑，比想像飽肚， 好濃郁，好好味👍🏻 後來男侍應（店主？） 提及原來另一款甜品真空焦糖燉蛋更多人叫，下次有機會試下。


咖啡流心牛角包
流心很重咖啡味，牛角包十分脆口，不過我個人喜歡甜些，可能比較啱一d 不太愛甜ge人。 旁邊有爆炸糖粉，幾得意。

叫了橙汁，蘋果汁少冰，解渴同份量都夠


服務：
侍應們態度有禮，亦快手，成餐感覺不錯。值得推介👍🏻
