To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

友人常到沙嗲王食白咖哩豬扒飯,而我因不好肉肉,所以幾乎每次都叫「冬陰公海鮮米線」。由於都食過幾次冬陰公湯底,今日想轉下口味。麵餐的好處是可以選擇拉麵、讚歧烏東、粉絲、米線。湯底亦可轉清湯。我覺得鳥東係最抵食,用的是不是普通烏東,特別有口感。上次食過「沙嗲肩胛肥牛粉絲」,粉絲吸晒油油的湯,食完晚餐都冇胃口。另外,米線又煮得太淋,斷晒,很難夾起。今日叫了清湯海鮮烏東!!!今日送餐都算快。同一時間送晒所有餐來。入面有2隻蝦、2隻蜆仔、2件魷魚、1隻青口和半隻溏心蛋。味道就不會鮮啦,始終應該係急凍海鮮,唔會比D靚野你囉。但因為想輕食一點,不選擇肉類,只有食依個啦! (早期未轉餐牌係「冬陰公札肉蝦米線」,扎肉都OK,但本人覺得新款較啱食)友人的白咖哩豬扒飯,有2大塊,讚個汁調得出色,難怪咁多年來都係必食的餐點。不知如果配麵餐,會不會有點怪呢?
