Went with colleagues, surprised to find out that one has to pay for almost every ingredients in a bibimbap...such as meat, tofu, kimchi....unless you are happy with a vegetarian version of it. The salmon tartare is very salty, actually one of the waitress warned me about it, told me this was the feedback from many clients...I mean why on earth won’t you do something about it, if that’s the general opinion? I asked if it can be less salty, which of coz wasn’t an option as they are made/marinated

I asked if it can be less salty, which of coz wasn’t an option as they are made/marinated in bulk. The lunch is about $200+ per head and I honestly amazed with a fierce competition of the HK culinary scene, this restaurant can still survive, well it explained the empty tables during busy lunch in central....Perhaps a le carte is amazing...who knows...
