風雲丸今日下晝與同事出外工作,恰巧行過風雲丸,聽聞佢啲拉麵幾好食,於是我哋就好快決定入去試吓。豬骨魚介拉麵:湯底非常香濃,這個是日本拉麵湯底的特色,好多時候食日本拉麵,都係為咗呢個湯底。我選擇了較為硬的麵質,因為喜歡他那煙銀的感覺。那塊日式叉燒,脂肪與肉的比例,處理得相當完美,不會有太油膩的感覺。食完整個拉麵,有滿足的感覺。堂楊炸雞:每次當我食日本餐,炸雞也是一個必點的菜式,風雲丸所做的炸雞,炸漿不會太口厚,雞枊鮮嫩,大大舊,性價比相當高。正好,我地在下午茶時間入去,否則一定很多人排隊,讚👍🏼
