To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我唔鍾意食飯,lunch主要食麵多,連帶飯都日日帶米線的。就算出食lunch,我都會要求食麵類東西,同事們都就我,但都會累。呢間越南料理勁近我公司,有飯有粉,我叫了生牛肉湯河。牛河未到,先嚟一份新鮮辣椒同青檸。河粉份量夠多, 反而牛肉就問多。 牛肉嚟到嗰時係半熟狀態,要及時放入湯內先熟,牛肉唔會過熟,令我喜歡佢個湯底很有牛肉和香料味, 它的九層塔味很香和强勁,河粉食完都想飲矖啲湯佢!不過想飮咖啡就要花多點錢了,加$18先可以,因為係越南咖啡,見人地的係滴滴吓嗰d, 份量又少,都係椰汁,三色冰好啲,嗰啲都係加10蚊咋,又夠香濃,真材實料。
