To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我好少過香港食飯,🤪不過朋友仔friend過打band,佢係銅鑼灣返工,就吓人啦⋯⋯過海食!你知啦⋯⋯銅鑼灣咁多美食,突然間都係唔知食乜好,好在有openrice ,發現時代廣場有間叫greenhouse,依間餐廳樓底高,空間感大,充滿時代感,就一於幫襯吓佢🙈! 我哋叫咗一個lunch set,價錢合理!今日係周打魚湯,大家好耐冇食過,但有啲失望,因為個湯只係暖,😓好似魚湯熱飲會理想啲!再來個主菜辣腸芝士薄餅和黑松露意粉,味道唔錯,薄餅好夠份量,兩個女仔一定食唔哂!包咖啡茶,但茶杯耳柄有啲痴笠笠感覺,服務一般,侍應生比較少,可能地方比較大,而且是下午兩點左右,可能員工分批食lunch,整體有進步空間💪🏻!
