To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 難得老細請食飯,我地唯有委屈下,去陪食喇,哈哈...老細想試個蟹好耐,所以特登叫左個咖哩蟹,蟹肉鮮甜,個汁先係令我地走上不歸路既罪魁禍首,搞到我忍唔住用來撈飯&炒河,俾同事話我係汁怪如果比較個炒飯&炒河,我地一致認為個飯係正好多﹗而且午市價錢有咁大份,超值﹗仲有老細一個人搞惦晒既木瓜沙律同事十級讚賞個串燒,佢地係用類似5花腩既肉製作,同事話完全展現左泰國街邊既風味終極甜品,我一直以為綠色果舊糕同香港傳統糕點一樣,唔好食﹗係同事游說之下試左舊,好有椰香味,令我對佢改觀左﹗
