To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

[ 黑松露鮮帶子意粉] 最近愛上了帶子,而黑松露又一向深得我心,所以一於一試。一碟三隻大帶子, 煎至剛好熟透。帶子鮮甜彈牙,切開軟腍又帶點彈性,頗岀色哦。更可配上自選意粉。昨天吃了一次蝴蝶粉,今晩又點一次。蝴蝶粉煙靭但有一點點過熟哦,拌勻黑松露醬和蘑菇,氣味濃香,但入囗則不太重囗味。[ 忌廉汁牛肝菌意粉 ] 每天外岀必吃肉,令我想點一客素意粉。以牛肝菌為主調的忌廉醬汁,菌香特岀。肝菌切片,菇味濃烈,我和友人也喜歡。意粉方面,我還是最愛原始的那種意粉。煙靭帶勁的意粉,軟硬適中,每條意粉掛上稠身醬汁,味美迷人。
