As a self-described connoisseur of macaroni & cheese I have long scoured the fine city of Hong Kong looking for my fix; to which I found it at The Trafalgar Brewing Company.One Saturday night my quest for the grail of Mac continued and I was promptly seated at the fine dining establishment that is Trafalgar. One Saturday night my quest for the grail of Mac continued and I was promptly seated at the fine dining establishment that is Trafalgar. My dining partner and I started with the chicken wings which was served with a delightful sauce that tickled the taste buds..
But onto the main event; the Mac & Cheese was served baked and was not at all stingy on the cheese as is, sadly, all too often the case with lesser establishments. The portion was large and filling; in my travels searching for the perfect Mac Trafalgar’s was truly one of the greats.
(Recommended pairing for this dish, a cold Stella.)
To sum up my experience at Trafalgar: great atmosphere, service, and Mac.
