Jean-Paul Hévin is a chocolatier, so I assume that most people would come here for their chocolates. However, actually their macarons are pretty awesome too!A macaron that I really like is the dark chocolate macaron, which has a refined, bitter chocolate taste. Instead of having a light buttercream filling, the chocolate macaron has a thicker, more chocolatey filling and is absolutely delicious - it is perfect for satisfying both your macaron and chocolate craving in one go!
