Nuff said. Look no further. This is the best dark chocolate macaron in town. I am comparing this with la maison, Lgb and palace IFC cafe ha-ha-ha. The shell wasn't hollow and airy. The topmost shell was brittle but did not crumble into smithereens when bit into. It managed to maintain its shape. Good for sharing with A, who was just as excited about getting the most expensive macaron in town (?) as I was.And then the ganache is really dark and chocolatey. And then the ganache is really dark and chocolatey. Not hard like a chocolate truffle, like the one I bought at palace IFC, but not like whipped buttercream either. It held its shape and did not ooze out when I bit it in half.

Just go get one for yourself, next time you have a craving. Available At harbour city and IFC.
The best, Dark chocolate.

Other Info. : Tried another one at IFC Palace cafe. Chocolate, at $18. Concluded that I will pay $7 more for a macaron that's 'up there'. Don't want to waste calories on things like poorly-made macarons yeah. Also joined a macaron making class and realised how very technical and delicate the process is! Kudos to pastry chefs!! :)
