今日去左好少去既黃埔食晩餐,聽朋友開,開左間質素幾高既Omakase餐廳。今日無人陪食飯,但絶對唔緊要,可以自已一個靜靜地嘆每一件壽司,同師博邊吹水學野。我叫左Sakura omakase ¥780/位,估唔到只有壽司都有咁多嘢食,有晒前菜,壽司,熟食,蒸蛋,甜品,食完都幾飽嫁。前菜有吞拿魚漬,吞拿魚醬油漬過後,味道好濃好鮮,魚肉好滑溜,個底就有山藥蓉,雖然賣相唔算太出色,但都好好食。白蝦壽司係我好少食既蝦,一般都係牡丹蝦,大蝦等等,雖然沒有爽囗,但多左份黏性,幾特別嫁。銀色既深夜池魚好靚啊,肉質好爽好甜,好食啊。近排食左好多次針魚,所以師博一俾我,我都講得出係咩名啦,魚肉好爽滑。特別鐘意啲不同色的壽司,赤貝壽司既色好靚,鮮得黎又有海水味。依條係好少食既剝皮魚,仲放左魚肝係上面,令到魚味更有層次。紅色的鰤魚脂肪紋好清晰,所以望落好靚,而且又好食。依條估唔估到係咩?係沙甸魚壽司啊。第一次食生既沙甸魚,好濃,有啲啲腥,所以要加薑啊。最後有一件拖羅蓉手卷,依件真係超好食唔係講笑。拖羅蓉混入左啲芝麻和香蔥,同時入囗,芝麻香得好吸引,啲蓉又係囗入面化開,正到暈。甜品係靜岡哈蜜瓜同紅豆羊羹,好少食

甜品係靜岡哈蜜瓜同紅豆羊羹,好少食羊羹,有啲似啫喱,食到都幾開心。
