Marks and Spencers has the best sweet treats so went there to get my cream cravings.Got the Bramley apple turnover which contain delicious freshly whipped cream.The apple turnovers have to be eaten asap before the pasty gets soggy. I love that lovely balance of tart crisp apple cubes and cream encased in the light puff pastry dusted with powdered sugar. I am not sure if they have changed the recipe because the one I tried in December 2018 had sugar on top but the one here clearly had caster suga

I am not sure if they have changed the recipe because the one I tried in December 2018 had sugar on top but the one here clearly had caster sugar (powdered sugar) which is delicate and gives it some subtle sweetness.
