I am meeting one of my ex-colleagues for dinner and he suggested Spoon & Bowl. Even though it was not conveniently located near MTR station, but it was quite famous around Ngau Tau Kok area. Soup of the day with toast - Soup of the day was corn cream soup. It was served hot and the texture was thick. It was very creamy and sweet, with strong sweet corn taste. Toast was soft and crispy, going well with the soup.
Smoked salmon & smoked duck breast pesto spaghetti - The portion was huge given the price. Smoked salmon was buttery and smoked duck breast was flavourful and chewy. Spaghetti was chewy and smooth as well.
Matcha & red bean latte - Latte was sweet and smooth, with red bean chewy and soft. It goes well with matcha, with strong matcha taste.
Chocolate brownie with gelato - Chocolate brownie was served warm and it was sweet and chewy. Earl grey chocolae gelato was sweet and creamy as well, with slight earl grey taste.
