Bove Uji Matcha Soufflé Pancake $30 is surely my cup of tea!  Highly recommended!  I preferred the pancakes to be served with chocolate drizzle over honey sauce.  Since the Soufflé Pancakes were cooked immediately after the order, we waited for the dessert for around 15 minutes.  The Soufflé Pancakes were freshly made, heat and soft.  When eating a small bite of the pancake with the cold whipped cream, it was like eating matcha ice cream because they just melted inside my mouth smoothly.  The ch
