Maxims have introduced the Singmalay series featuring the Pandan cake and buns filled with Kaya, Satay Beef.As the Kaya buns and Satay beef buns were quickly sold out, I got the Pandan cake, which is also my favourite cake. The appearance and smell is very similar to the original one, same as the texture. The texture of the Maxims one was slightly too moist, later it turned out to be oil, as oily fingers were seen after eating the cake. The pandan smell was quite evident, but not evident in taste.

Maxims have introduced the Singmalay series featuring the Pandan cake and buns filled with Kaya, Satay Beef.

As the Kaya buns and Satay beef buns were quickly sold out, I got the Pandan cake, which is also my favourite cake.
The appearance and smell is very similar to the original one, same as the texture.

The texture of the Maxims one was slightly too moist, later it turned out to be oil, as oily fingers were seen after eating the cake. The pandan smell was quite evident, but not evident in taste.
As for the taste, I felt it could be slightly sweeter, and more Pandan too, the egg was overpowering the pandan taste.
