To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

記得這家cafe剛開幕的時候，是以記者身份採訪，當時已經有好好印象，食物同環境樣樣出色，加上藏於香港JW萬豪酒店大堂，隱蔽又舒適。Dolce係意大利文甜的意思，叫得呢個名當然係以甜品為主，仲有咖啡同輕食，無論想食鹹或甜都得。牛角包估唔到會配埋牛油同士多啤梨果醬，牛角包略嫌唔夠酥脆，不過本身牛油味好香，而且食到好多層。可以塗牛油同果醬，味嘗不同的味道配搭。 Shakerato $58以高身杯作器皿，shakerato是意大利的冰搖咖啡，以濃縮咖啡配糖漿、冰塊、糖，快速搖晃後製成，咖啡甘香中有陣陣甜味，互相配搭又不會搶對方風頭。雖然以take away為主，但現場都有少量座位，雲石檯、high chair，望住城市綠景，好chill，一個人可以慢慢hea！最後買咗幾件蛋糕返屋企，食完再分享。
