The rib is meatier with a nice roasted flavour on the outside.It really depends on your mood that day, sometimes I like the Prime Rib and sometimes I like the short rib as the textures and tastes are very different.
We also shared the mussels which are a must as the mussels are springy and sweet in this creamy sauce which is great complimented with their bread.
I was surprised their Uni pasta was just as good.
We had such a great gathering that night and finished with some fantastic desserts such as coconut sorbet, apple pie and brownies,
