Yes, yes, this restaurant boasts a 1 Michelin star. the last visit was late last year, roast goose was so good, so good.This visit, the roast goose, skin is chewy, rubbery skin, is supposed to be crispy, the meat is dry. Charsiu not bad, not great either. For price paid, with such food, and such treatment, well, guess the new go-to roast goose will be the TH chain
