Mediocre Food and Poor Attitude

Had a quick lunch there and ordered their chicken rice.   I wasn't expecting much but it was mediocre at best.  But what was terrible was their attitude.  Being first time there, the lady taking the order (which btw you need to get a table first and then order and pay at their cashier, which is impossible going alone), was very impatient taking the order when there was only 2 people in line and expecting me to already know their ordering process.  Even adding a drink is like pulling her teeth.
