Mediocre food and poor service

Food is overpriced and mediocre while service is nonexistent. The fried rice I had was lukewarm and I waited so long for my dumplings to arrive. No wonder the restaurant is always empty even during peak hours. There are much better dining options in the mall so choose somewhere else instead.
