Mediocre food, very poor service

Maybe because there is a private event today, the food is not as good as usual. The service is extremely poor. One of the waiters basically was busy playing with his phone, and looked the other way when we attempted to call him. The team also missed our order twice. At other times, the other waiters were busy with other stuff and we had trouble finding one to get our iced lemon tea refilled. Very unpleasant experience. Never coming back again unless they fix these problems.
