WATER
It must be mentioned that the restaurant has a policy that they don't serve water during lunch. You have to pay HK$65 for a bottle of water (not refill-able, and not chilled), which really irritates me. What makes it worse is that, after paying HK$65 for one bottle of water, the staff won't even come to pour the water for you and you have to do it yourself. If the restaurant holds itself out as a cozy small shop, I don't think it can have its cake and eat it by imitating high-ended restaurant that charges an exorbitant fees on water.
Also, the restaurant is located in a remote area. Unless you go there by taxi or car, in summer it is normal to be sweaty and thirsty upon arriving at the restaurant. Charging HK$65 for a small bottle of water is basically holding its thirsty customers to ransom, which is unacceptable to me.
Bill
The lunch set with water cost around HK$350. The price would vary depending on how many add-ons you get, and what steak you order. Overall I don't think this is the price I expect from a "small shop" that probably has a low rent to pay, especially when the service was bad, and the "no-water" policy is plainly unacceptable.
